Maintaining momentum while meeting a fixed and demanding programme was a key challenge—one that was successfully achieved with the project delivered on schedule.

    Solutions Implemented

Regular coordination was key to the smooth delivery of this project. Weekly main contractor meetings, alongside daily site team briefings, allowed us to proactively address issues and maintain a seamless workflow between trades. Potential challenges were often resolved before they could impact progress. Additionally, Gantt charts were implemented and regularly updated to track progress, manage dependencies, and keep the project on schedule.

The project was completed ahead of schedule, with all works delivered to an exceptionally high standard. Upon handover, all certificates, documentation, and commissioning records were provided, ensuring full compliance and client satisfaction.
