The hotel undertook a phased refurbishment programme of its bathrooms, bedrooms, and corridors to enhance guest accommodation while maintaining full operational continuity.

Bion was appointed as the electrical contractor, working as part of a highly skilled project team to deliver the electrical installations across multiple refurbishment phases.
