Challenges Presented

As the installation was intended to be a showcase for the client’s head office, the project required a non-standard installation sequence, with different trades working in an altered order to typical practice. This demanded close collaboration, regular coordination meetings, and precise workmanship to maintain progress and quality—all while meeting a fixed project deadline.

Solutions Implemented

The solution for this project centred on close collaboration with the client from the outset. Regular meetings were held to review drawings and fully understand their vision, both for day-to-day functionality and the visual impact of the space. On-site, consistent coordination meetings and close cooperation between all trades ensured smooth progress, allowing the team to deliver a high-quality installation that met both operational and aesthetic requirements.

This project was one of our most challenging yet impressive to date. While our installations are always completed to a high standard, they are often hidden behind walls, ceilings, or fittings. In this case, however, the entire installation was fully on display, allowing the quality, precision, and attention to detail of our work to be clearly showcased—highlighting the skill and capability of our team.
